  1. 2 in one post I see. 3 if you count the blurb at the top. It too has a poetic quality.
    In Headlights…I see a reflection.
To See your Eyes….The poem itself creates an image on the page. An outline. Simplicity in a complicated style. Say one thing, project something else.

You are a better writer than I. Don’t argue or it will be my turn to ramble and I do ramble in length.
    *wink and a smile*

    • No rules, that’s how I roll, T!

Isn’t it all a reflection in time delay, aren’t we ultimately just that which we pray the mirror sees…
Don’t answer, I know better than to argue with you! lmao!

And we will discuss the dubious merits of “better” one day, as a comparing of scars…
But not today, today is for that smile you sent.

      Blessings, my dear….

      • pray the mirror sees…hmm..as in not what the mirror really sees. I answered. Na Na

Oh dear, is that wise I wonder~
        A smile well earned.

        • *Sticks out tongue*
We all see it that way in the end, it seems, but ya, prematurely? Could be dangerous!

          wink

    • Excellent, Jennifer, that is the desired effect!!
Pray tell, what were you listening to?
It’s a fine balance, finding music that enhances, rather than distracts.

      🙂

    • Hey, poet…
The muse is kind indeed, as are you, my dear.
“Angels of Word”… I like that.

  2. “…wind is all I have to offer … a space between the stars.” These words take me away.
    Blessings ~ Maxi

    • I enjoyed that as well, Maxi, as it appeared from thin air. It’s fun when writing a piece is more like watching a magician (not your self) at work….

      Bless you!

    • Even for me, this is deep, sis.
It sprang from within as an outpouring of emotion
Leaping to the page before I could even taste it!

      Sweet right?
      xx’s
